Owner and attorney, Rosemary Calcese, brings over fifteen years of experience in real estate law to her clients and community. Over the course of her career, she has represented Fortune 500 companies, national firms, contractors, and a broad portfolio of residential clients, guiding each one with the same dedication and excellence.
In 2025, Rosemary led and closed the 3rd largest commercial real estate deal in Tennessee history, solidifying her reputation as a trusted leader in complex, high-stakes transactions. This milestone reflects both her deep expertise and her ability to navigate deals of any scale with precision and integrity.

Originally from Nebraska, Ms. Nigro earned her Bachelor of Science in Fisheries & Wildlife with minors in German and Criminology and Criminal Justice. Subsequently, earning her J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she concentrated in corporate compliance and human resources, as well as real estate development and environmental law.
Prior to joining Calcese & Associates, Ms. Nigro gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk in Grand Junction, a Student Attorney in the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Nebraska College of Law, and a Research Assistant to Professor Colleen Medill. She also worked as a Lark Clerk at the University of Nebraska Office of General Counsel, where she developed expertise across multiple legal disciplines.
Outside of her professional life, Taylor enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new coffee spots, and taking weekend trips to Norris Lake. Her diverse background, along with her commitment to clear communication and client-focused service, makes here a trusted and approachable attorney.
